This workshop is for anyone who is curious about questions. This a skill building workshop equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to ask questions in different situations

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the nature and power of questions
  2. Know what is hindering us from asking questions
  3. Know what will enable us to ask good questions
  4. Use different questioning process and format


The workshop will be conducted based on adult learning principles, requiring a balance between lecture inputs, group discussion, interaction and self discovery.

The workshop methodology includes brief facilitator inputs, group discussion and appropriate and relevant self and group discovery activities.


A certificate of completion will be awarded to the participants.


 The workshop will be conducted by Mr. Ng Choon Seng he is the only IAF Certified Professional Facilitator- Master & Assessor and WIAL Master Action Learning Coach. Choon Seng has been in the adult learning industry for more than 30 years and has conducted many Power of Questions, Facilitation and Facilitative Training Workshops. 


Choon Seng is the designer and Principal Master Facilitator for the "Power of Questions" Workshop. Choon Seng has been conducting this workshop since 2007 and has conducted this workshop for many organisations. Do not miss this opportunity to learn about questions and to ask them.
